DJ Force
Ohm Resistance | Direct Drive | Cybergroove | Big-H – NYC
Dj Force was first introduced to the sounds of Jungle/Drum and Bass by the DJ Reid Speed at her Long Island home back in 1995. From there he acquired Dara's epic "Tearout" mix (or was it an Odi mix? we'll never know...) and was hooked. Years of playing live rock shows led him to a strong addiction to musical performance and arrangement, which he parlayed into DJing greatness. Dj Force plays all styles of "proper" D&B, but chooses to concentrate on big-energy dancefloor tunes. At the moment his favorite Producers in drum and bass are: Fresh, illSkillz, Pendulum, Jon [s], Garon, Paradox, Fracture Neptune, Future Prophecies, Dillinja, and the Burner Brothers

DJ KrazyGlue
Cardboard City | Head Hunterz Inc | Cybergroove – NYC
A household name in the city that never sleeps: GLUE (aka KrazyGlue) started the Drum N Breaks crew back in 1996 with his DJ partner-in-crime Shanedaddy, and has pushed the sounds of drum n bass / breakbeat ever since. After cultivating a strong love for many genres of music and over 10 years of professional training and experience playing jazz / alto saxophone, he was well-grounded for future success in the music industry.
By performing at almost every major electronic music event in the tri-state area since 2000, numerous events up and down the East Coast from Florida up into Canada, and even making his way out to London in 2001 for a prime-time slot at the legendary Ministry of Sound, GLUE has been working tirelessly to make his name stick. Introduced to drum and bass during the mid-late 90’s, the GLUE is now known for playing hard dnb sets, and pushing the darker side of dnb through his image and style. If you're lucky you might also catch him spinning and cutting over a variety of breaks, hiphop, disco, 80’s, and even rock ‘n roll, sometimes on 4 decks with the rest of the crew. His deep roots in the early 90’s Long Island straightedge hardcore movement are evident during his energetic sets, especially in his ability to connect the audience with the music to create enthusiasm and participation.
In addition to his DJ experience, GLUE and partner M1C kept the beat going on Long Island from 1998-2004, with their popular summer weekly, Future Intelligence - featuring world-renowned talents like Dieselboy, Dara, DB, Reid Speed, Capital J, Pish Posh, Empress, DJ Odi, Mason and MC Armanni, and many, many more over the years. Their most successful event, Tribute, raised and donated over $3,000 for the families of the Cantor-Fitzgerald victims in the 2001 WTC disaster, earning them great recognition from the surviving employees and even on Fox 5 News.
GLUE has several DJ mixes to date: Kawzn Kaos (1998), Drum N Breaks (with Shane, 1999), Bananas (with Shane, 2000), Live at the Booth: WEMF (with M1C, 2001), The Horror (2003), Realistic Girlfriend Attractive (2004), Book of The Dead (2005), and Slaughterama (with DJ Force, 2005). After experimenting in friends' studios for the past 2 years, he recently built up a small studio at home - so expect some original material and collaborations with HeadHunterz Inc. in the near future.
Other recent projects include studio-work with up-and-coming Long Island hip-hop artists Proximity Minds, plus collaboration with Daryl Palumbo's (Warner Recordings artist and Glassjaw frontman) new band Head Automatica. The bands debut album, Decadence (produced by Dan the Automator), was released August 17, 2004, on Warner Bros Records. The formation of a new crew, Cardboard City, has spawned from these relations. CC includes Head Automatica, Cage Kennylz and YakBallz of Weathermen, EL-P of Definitive Jux, DJ Wally aka Pish Posh, KrazyGlue, M1C, Shanedaddy, Shoot Frank, and more ... GLUE was asked to join Head Automatica in the summer of 2004 as their tour DJ, and soon found himself on the road with The Curiosa Tour (featuring The Cure, Interpol, The Rapture, Mogwai, and many more), in addition to DJ performances at 5 headlining shows with M1C of Proximity Minds. GLUE joined Head Automatica, I Am The Avalanche, Nightmare of You, The Fury, and Cage Kennylz for another tour this past June 2005, reppin Touch Clothing, DJing between acts, and doing what he does best - getting the crowd hyped.
Current affiliations include the home-made company Drum N Breaks, the newly established Cardboard City family (NYC), Touch Clothing out of Brooklyn, The Bacon Sandwich Insiders (Reid Speed, Jon-S, and Force), and HeadHunterz Inc (DC); he is also a new member of the 2005 Cyber Groove artist roster.

MC Crash Overide
CyberGroove – NYC
Crash Overide has been heavily involved in the Drum n Bass and Rave scene since early 1998. Playing shows from South Carolina to Canada and everywhere in between, this artist has rocked events at well-known venues such as Limelight, Tunnel and Speed of New York City. Crash Overide was raised in northern New Jersey, but the entire tri-state area always felt like home to him. Being an artist of an underground industry Overide knew he needed to find his style, which would be all his own. This would then help him connect with listeners in the same manner that his influences found him. This emcee once said, “I’ve always tried to just be myself when writing and producing music. I do not want to find my way into a trend or be something I am not. If people feel or believe in my music then that is awesome, because I know my words connect with the many things people deal with in everyday life. If not, no big deal, that’s why there are a lot of us in the music industry right now.” The style of this mc is unique in the sense that he has a fast, furious flow that was born from learning how to freestyle to Drum n Bass. Learning how to motivate crowds for a DJ and verbally caressing them into a ball of fire was what gave this mc his start. Now taking what he has learned and forming a style that combines the beats of Hip-hop and Drum n Bass, he now brings something different to the table.
INSIDE: The Main Stage
Dysphoric vs. Prototype

Dysphoric
EOS | TAM Recordings | Underground Elements - CT
In 1998, as a freshman at SVA in Manhattan, Dysphoric (real name: Doug Richar) made the transition from the hardcore/punk scene to the blossoming rave scene in NYC. A drummer since middle school, he eventually honed in on the sounds of jungle/dnb and became focused on DJing as a new way to express percussive sound. Upon moving back to CT he linked up with several equally passionate and motivated musicians, and began doing sets at dnb events in New Haven's Lounge 215 and Funktion. He has also become involved in production, and this year one of his collaborations ("Trial By Fire" with Syndicate) was remixed by Russian artists Bes & Ruffen, and released on Bes's label TAM Recordings. For his DJ sets, expect a wide range of choice neurofunk, vocal tunes, amen rollers, and tech step (Noisia, Teebee, Sinthetix, Pieter K, Desimal, etc).

DJ Prototype
Elements of Style | New England Underground – CT
DJ Prototype, whose real name is Luke Kokot, has been listening to electronic music since the early nineties. Growing up in Poland, he was disappointed with the mainstream music and instead preferred the hardcore sound coming out of Holland and Germany. At the age of 13 he left Eastern Europe to move to the states. He spoke no English, so to escape from the language barrier he would escape into the Rotterdam hardcore sound. On New Year’s Eve 1999, he attended his first rave while still a sophomore in high school. He immediately fell in love with the scene and the music. Over the next few years, he would attend countless parties all over New England and the Tri-state area. In late 2000, his good friend who introduced him to the scene was starting to spin parties and Luke got his first opportunity to spin vinyl. He instantly fell in love with dj'ing, spinning vinyl whenever possible. It was around this time that the jungle/d'n'b sound playing in every second room across the northeast scene started to captivate him. He fell headfirst into the drum and bass sound and started buying records. He used all his money from a part time job that he had to save up for his first set of tech 12's. He was a true bedroom dj honing his skills everyday, until the summer of 2003 when he spun his first event in Shelton, CT. Since then, he has spun countless house parties all over CT. He is always spinning banging upfront tracks, mixed with older dnb anthems. His unique style of long mixes and powerful tech-step beats is always sure to please. Watch out for this DJ in the coming years as he is truly on the rise.
Event Horizon vs. Tysik

Event Horizon
BMC Empires | Ill Magic Productions – CT
When not spinning you can see him on the dance floor getting rowdy and dancing his ass off. John aka Event Horizion is a true D+B enthusiasts. John has been with CT D+B Crew Ill Majic and more recently, a new edition to BMC Empires. His track selection focuses on the newest cutting edge D+B whether it is soulful liquid funk or the heaviest Darkstep, showcasing a wide range of love and respect for this music and influences far and wide. Expect to hear the tracks that will be rinsed out at clubs a month from now or on many of the popular radio shows, hence the name Event Horizon.

Tysik
BMC Empires | Buckle Up Beats | We Don’t Stop Wednesday’s – CT
A quiet mysterious soul in person, Tysik is a silent tiger. One of the residents & organizers of We Don’t Stop Wednesday’s (One of CT’s hottest EDM based weeklies), Tysik is going to be a name that many of you will not forget, despite his quietness. Watching this guy behind the decks is like being put in a trance as he promises to deliver no mercy upon all junglists. A tight track selection showcasing styles from the minimalist techstep of 97 to the intense spectrum of amen breaks in techstep, you will definitely be impressed and amazed that sound would come out of this soul. Tysik will certainly deliver the sounds proper.
