Want to be part of Buffalo’s hottest New Year’s Eve Party? Come ring in 2009 at the Delaware Park Casino from 8pm - 1am.
Location: Delaware Park Casino - we have the whole place for the party, both floors - expecting 500! The casino is located next to Hoyt Lake behind Albright Knox. It is within safe walking distance to the Elmwood bars after the party.
Alcohol: All the beer and wine that you can drink for 5 hours! Champagne toast at midnight! There will be a cash bar available for liquor. You must be 21 or over to attend this party.
Food: We're assuming you'll have already eaten dinner, but we
know all about getting the munchies when drinking, so hors d'oeuvres are included.
Live Band: Ever heard of Michael Bly?
If you haven't, neither had we, until we heard his band one night after
a wedding reception and the whole crowd couldn't help but dance and
sing their faces off! He'll be playing all the cover songs you know and
love with his 6-piece band.
Music: In addition to Michael Bly downstairs, we'll be spinning
a wide range of music upstairs from Kanye West to MGMT to The Killers.
Prepare to dance your face off.
Photobooth: Get ready to cram into the photobooth with all
your friends and take some memorable keepsake photos - it's free
all night!
Portrait: Take a free digital photo portrait (you and your friends in front of one of those cheesy curtain backdrops - just like at the prom!), courtesy of Lake FX Studio.
Coat Check: Of course - and free.
Dress code: None! OK, we're lying - you need to at least be
wearing clothes; but dress in what you're comfortable in - we want
everyone to have an enjoyable evening. Bring hats, noise makers, and
other 2009 gear.
Logistics: Tickets will not be mailed to you - registration is Will Call only. You will check in alphabetically with the last name the tickets were purchased under. Valid ID and credit card used for purchase will be required at check in.
Surprises: What fun would a party be if you knew everything
that was going to happen that evening? This is a PoPo Production -
basically, we want to make
sure you have a great night and that you're excited about next year's
party. Expect the unexpected.
