Ask our new President to follow his Oath of Office and act to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Spread The Word...

Indefinite detention. Warrantless wiretaps. Electronic surveillance without supervision. Kangaroo courts. Habeas corpus eroded. Free speech zones behind barbed wire fences. "Watch what you say, watch what you do." Torture. An infiltrated press.

Have you had 8 years too many of a President who doesn’t respect the U.S. Constitution? Then stand with us on Pennsylvania Avenue as we ask Barack Obama to take his Presidential Oath of Office seriously and commit in deed -- not just by eloquent word -- to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Time: we’ll officially start at 12 noon, but crowds will be huge, so come as soon as you can (I’ll be there the night before, sidewalk camping)

Plan: Simple. No speakers. No march. No chants. No position statement. No people on stage and people off stage. None of that. We simply hold signs along the Parade route that declare President Barack Obama should preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Permit status: pending and under current negotiation with the National Park Service.

Place: particularly to be determined by the National Park Service; check back for updates. We will be along the Pennsylvania Avenue parade route.
