This event is a not to be missed Vincent/Cochran tribute night. If you are a fan this is your chance to celebrate the visit of two of the greatest Rock'n'Rollers to the UK in 1960. We have Rock'n'Roll legend Vince Eager and his band on the bill. Vince was on the bill that night and drove Eddie and Gene about on tour. Cochran and Eager became good friends and Vince was to return with Eddie to the States. We had him at the club 12 months ago playing to a sell out crowd. Also on the bill is Cochran's bass player for that tour and a man who has played bass with countless Rock n Roll stars, BRIAN "LICORICE" LOCKING. Apart from backing Cochran on that legendary tour he has played amongst others with The Shadows and Marty Wilde...Not to be missed. ERVIN TRAVIS AND THE VIRGINIANS make a rare UK appearance. Ervin is the No.1 Vincent tribute artist..He sounds like the man and creates the same stage show. The virginians recreate Vincents music to the note. There will also be other supporting artists, a Vincent/Cochran Record hop, stalls and a Souvenir programme plus an Audio Visual display.
